Different types of parachutes are intended for different purposes . The tactical gliding parachute is intended for special duties troops while the troop parachute is used for training and combat jumps by paratroopers equipped with firearms and additional equipment. An emergency parachute for emergency jumping from rotary and fixed-wing, powered or unpowered aircraft and balloons is on exhibition too.
