The MT-LB is a tracked amphibious Armoured Personnel Carrier intended to equip motorized infantry sub-units, increase their mobility and protect personnel on the battle field from firearm fire and splinters. The MT-LB carries eleven (+ crew of 2) infantrymen and provides a basis for series of specialized vehicles from engineering through reconnaissance to transport and logistics support applications. The vehicle is fitted with a 7,62 mm PKT MG and on request can be provided with anti-tank guided missile system. The communication system includes UKF radio-set and intercom.
